Client Need
A growing client needed to ensure their multi-stage hiring process was both compliant and effective across several U.S. regions, including Chicago, IL. They required a thorough review of their:
- Job application form
- Follow-up interview

- Candidate survey
- Evaluation criteria for each question (scored 1–7)

The client’s main concern: avoiding legal risk while maintaining a high-quality, consistent candidate experience nationwide.

My Approach
Compliance Audit: I conducted a detailed review of all questions and evaluation criteria, referencing federal guidelines (EEOC, ADA, Title VII) and local Chicago/Illinois laws (Illinois Human Rights Act, Chicago ordinances).
